A Finnish company, which produces and sells cellulose-based material impregnated with Lactic was in the process of appointing the Indian company as an exclusive partner for sales of Kari board within India. A sample / draft agreement was already submitted by the Indian company to the Finnish company. This agreement had a lot of points in favour of Indian company. Our client wanted us to do a verification check of the agreement.

• Comparison of the draft agreement with that of a standard agreement
• Identification of key areas, which is detrimental to the interest of the client
• Preparation of revised draft taking into account the interest of the client and the Indian company
